Clients sharing a phone number or email can use the same details to complete Thirdfort checks. Upon signing in, clients access all checks linked to their number, displayed with the check name and transaction reference.

If you have two or more clients who share a phone number, they can all use the same number to complete a Thirdfort check. You can also use the same email address for multiple clients.
When your client signs into Thirdfort, all checks set up to that number are accessible from that device. Your clients will see their checks displayed with the name entered when you initiate the check on their behalf, and the transaction reference.
