The CCJ & Insolvency check is opt-in and disabled by default. An organisation administrator can enable it under Organisation Settings. Once enabled, all eligible identity or lite screening checks will include these results. If the toggle is not visible, contact your Thirdfort account manager to add the feature. This applies to Thirdfort clients on the new CDD platform.
Enabling CCJ & Insolvency checks on CDD
The check is opt-in and disabled by default. An organisation administrator can turn it on, enabling it in two places on the Organisation Settings page:
CCJ & Insolvency Checks Configuration → Toggle "on"
Product access → Know you client → CCJ & Insolvency → Toggle "on"
Please note: both toggles must be switched to "on" for the feature to be enabled.
Once enabled, every eligible Enhanced NFC ID, Original ID or Lite screening with address verification check created thereafter will include CCJ & Insolvency results.
Don't see the toggle? The setting won't be visible if your firm doesn't currently have access to the feature. Please speak to your Thirdfort account manager to add it.
