TLDR: The article explains how CCJ (County Court Judgments), insolvency, and Child Maintenance Order flags appear in CDD reports when the result is "CONSIDER." It details specific report texts and their meanings, such as active or satisfied insolvency records, various CCJ thresholds by number, value, and recency, and child maintenance orders. Multiple flags can arise from a single record due to overlapping criteria. This guide is for Thirdfort clients on the new CDD platform.

Child Maintenance Orders

Why are multiple flags present at the same time?
Several rules can trigger from the same underlying record. For example, a single £3,000 CCJ from last month would trigger the active CCJ, within 6 months, within 1 year, over £1,000, over £2,500 and £1,000 + 6 months rules together. This is expected. Experian (data supplier) categorises the same record against multiple thresholds.
