TLDR: Tasks notify you when a check is assigned for review, sending an email with a direct link and adding it to your task manager. You review checks by opening the link, adding comments, and selecting Approve or Reject. Decisions can be changed later if needed. This feature is available only on compliance and enterprise packages on the CDD platform.
Tasks notify you when a check has been assigned to you for review.
When a colleague sends you a check for review, you will receive an email notification with a direct link to the check. The check will also appear as a new Task in your task manager.
Tasks that automatically appear in your list
Some tasks will appear in your task list because a result that needs someone’s attention has been flagged. This helps prevent things from being missed.
Reviewing the check
- Open the check via the email notification link or from your task manager.
- Review the check details.
- Click Review myself.
- Add any comments relevant to your decision.
- Select Approve or Reject.
Your decision is recorded against the check.
Changing your decision
If new information comes to light or circumstances change, you can update your decision. Return to the check and select a new outcome. The previous decision will be replaced.
