Some results are conclusive on their own. Others need a professional review to look at the detail and decide whether to proceed. When a result falls into the second group, Thirdfort creates a task in Tasks Manager.
Which results always create a task?
Every Source of funds and know-your-business (KYB) result creates a task automatically. These results always need review, regardless of outcome, so a task is generated in every case.
Which other results create a task?
Any result across the platform that comes back with a consider outcome also creates a task automatically. A consider result means the check has not returned a clear pass, and needs a compliance professional to review the detail before deciding how to proceed.
Common examples of consider results include:

| CCJ or insolvency | A county court judgment or insolvency record is found against the client. |
| Screening matches | A potential match is found during Lite screening, such as a sanctions or PEP hit. |
Where do these tasks appear?
All automatically created tasks appear in the Tasks Manager, where they can be reviewed and actioned.
